The conference includes 3 sections, and individuals and participants have the freedom to choose their participation according to their needs and preferences:

  • 3-day attendance: Includes the official conference days.

  • 5-day attendance: Includes advanced workshops on topics according to the attached schedule.

  • 7-day attendance: Includes advanced workshops according to the attached program.

Participation and Registration
2700 per person
  • The cost per individual for attending three "3" days.
  • From October 23rd to 25th, 2023, for an individual, the cost is 2700 euros.
  • For 3 to 5 participants from the same organization: 2400 euros per individual.
  • For 5 or more participants from the same organization: 2000 euros per individual.

Attendance for 5 days from October 23rd to 27th, 2023.

Subscription and Registration
3900 per person
  • The cost per individual for attending five "5" days.
  • From October 23rd to 27th, 2023, for an individual, the cost is 3900 euros.
  • For 3 to 5 participants from the same organization: 3500 euros per individual.
  • For 5 or more participants from the same organization: 3300 euros per individual.

Attendance for 7 days from October 23rd to 29th, 2023.

Subscription and Registration
5500 per person
  • The cost per individual for attending seven "7" days.
  • From October 23rd to 29th, 2023, for an individual, the cost is 5500 euros
  • For 3 to 5 participants from the same organization: 5100 euros per individual.
  • For 5 or more participants from the same organization: 4900 euros per individual.

The fees do not include the following services:

  • Accommodation 

Participants are responsible for arranging their own accommodations. However, assistance can be provided in booking rooms in the same hotel as the conference venue or in nearby 4 or 5-star hotels, based on personal preferences and needs.

  • Breakfast and Dinner 

Breakfast and dinner are not provided as part of the conference package. Participants can choose to have breakfast either through the hotel reservation or at the conference venue, or they can explore nearby restaurants at their own expense.

  • Sightseeing Tours:

The conference does not include organized sightseeing tours. However, there are paid organized tours that participants can join. Participants are also free to explore the host city and nearby tourist attractions during their free time.

  • Internet and Communication Chips:

Internet services and communication chips are not provided as part of the conference. They can be requested based on need from the conference logistics team. Participants are advised to use the available Wi-Fi service at the conference venue or accommodation.

  • Note: These services can be arranged upon request. The conference logistics team offers assistance to participants in making arrangements or providing recommendations based on their needs.

International Travel:
