The conference includes 3 sections, and individuals and participants have the freedom to choose their participation according to their needs and preferences:
3-day attendance: Includes the official conference days.
5-day attendance: Includes advanced workshops on topics according to the attached schedule.
7-day attendance: Includes advanced workshops according to the attached program.
Participants are responsible for arranging their own accommodations. However, assistance can be provided in booking rooms in the same hotel as the conference venue or in nearby 4 or 5-star hotels, based on personal preferences and needs.
Breakfast and dinner are not provided as part of the conference package. Participants can choose to have breakfast either through the hotel reservation or at the conference venue, or they can explore nearby restaurants at their own expense.
The conference does not include organized sightseeing tours. However, there are paid organized tours that participants can join. Participants are also free to explore the host city and nearby tourist attractions during their free time.
Internet services and communication chips are not provided as part of the conference. They can be requested based on need from the conference logistics team. Participants are advised to use the available Wi-Fi service at the conference venue or accommodation.
